Irish trained. Open to the right move.

Trained in Ireland and working here, or working abroad and thinking of coming home? Tell us what you do and where you want to be. A consultant checks it against real roles, in Ireland and internationally.

Coming home

Roles in Ireland for people who trained here and have worked elsewhere. An Irish employer will ask about your registration with the right body, such as NMBI, CORU, the PSI, the Medical Council or the Teaching Council, and your right to work. Tell us where each one stands and when you could start, and we tell you what is still needed.

Moving out

If you want to work abroad, tell us the country and the kind of role. We say honestly what we can help with and what we cannot. Employers decide who they hire, and we do not give immigration advice.

What to tell us

  • What you do, and where you trained.
  • Your registration or professional status, with the number if you have one.
  • Your years of experience and your last role.
  • Where you want to be, and by when.
  • The pay you would need.
  • Anything that could slow a move, so nobody is surprised later.

Free for candidates, always. Your CV is read on your own device first and only sent to us when you press Register. Questions: candidates@fhrecruitment.ie.

Questions people ask

Do you charge candidates?

No. FH never charges a candidate a fee, deposit or deduction, at home or overseas.

Can you help with visas?

We are recruiters, not immigration advisers. We tell you what an employer will ask for and where to get proper advice, and we do not promise an outcome that depends on a visa decision.

I trained in Ireland but my registration has lapsed. Can I still register with you?

Yes. Say where it stands, for example in progress, lapsed or held abroad. A consultant tells you plainly what an employer will need before they can offer you a role.

Who sees my details?

Your CV stays with FH. An employer sees a profile with your name hidden, and only learns who you are once you say yes to a role.
