Common questions
Not here? Ask us. A real person replies within one working day.
Does it cost candidates anything to use FH Recruitment?
No. Our services are free for candidates, always. Employers pay our fees. We never charge for registration, CV advice, interview preparation or relocation support.
Will you send my CV to employers without asking me?
Never. Your CV is only sent to a specific employer for a specific role after you have said yes. That is a promise, and it is written into our privacy notice.
Where do you recruit?
Across Ireland, in every county. Most of our roles are in healthcare, pharma and medical devices, food, finance, technology and engineering. If you are overseas and want to move to Ireland for work, we can help with the employment permit and professional registration too.
How quickly can you fill a role?
Our target for a first shortlist on a permanent search is 48 hours. Contract and temporary cover can often start within days. Executive searches run to an agreed timetable, typically six to ten weeks to appointment.
What do you charge employers?
Permanent fees are a percentage of first year salary, payable only on a successful start, with a replacement guarantee. Contract staff are charged at an agreed daily or hourly rate. Executive search is retained in stages. Your consultant will give you exact terms in writing before any work begins.
How long do you keep my data?
We keep candidate records for 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you ask us to keep them longer. You can request a copy or deletion at any time by emailing our privacy contact.
