FH Recruitment is built on a simple belief: recruitment should be done by specialists who return your calls, tell you the truth and stay in touch long after the start date.
Our story
FH stands for Fitzpatrick and Holland. The agency was founded by Darren Fitzpatrick and David Holland, who put their names to it because they answer for the work.
Recruitment has a reputation problem, and most people who have used an agency know why. Candidates are ghosted after interviews. Employers are sent stacks of CVs that nobody has read. Consultants do not understand the jobs they are filling.
FH Recruitment is built to be the opposite. One named person runs every search from brief to start date, so you always know who is responsible and who to ring. We measure ourselves on whether a placement is still working at twelve months, not on how many CVs we send. And we treat the people on both sides of every placement as long term relationships, because that is exactly what they are.
We are headquartered in Ireland and recruit across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australia, in sectors from hospital wards and pharmaceutical plants to food production, finance teams and software companies.
Alongside recruitment we run an HR consultancy, led by a consultant with a master's degree in human resource management, so we can help after the hire as well as before it.
