Being ignored after an application or an interview is the most common complaint candidates make about recruiters. This is our answer to it.

We reply to every application within two working days, and we tell you the outcome of every interview, including when it is a no.

Your yes

We name the employer and the role and ask you first, every single time. Nothing is sent on spec.

Employers pay our fees. No candidate pays us, or anyone working with us, for a job in Ireland or abroad.

Up front

Salary range, location, working pattern and how the process runs, before you agree to be put forward.

Briefed

Who you will meet, what they care about and what the day looks like. Then honest feedback afterwards.

Yours

Stored encrypted, seen only by your consultant, and deleted whenever you ask. Otherwise we keep it for 12 months after we last spoke.

Register
Three minutes online, or send us your CV. Tell us what you want, where you want it and how you want to be contacted.

Meet your consultant
Your consultant calls you to understand your experience and your goals, and gives you an honest view of the market.

Interviews
We only put you forward with your agreement, prepare you for every interview and give you real feedback afterwards.

Offer and beyond
We negotiate on your behalf, help with notice and relocation if needed, and check in after you start.

If any of these promises is broken, email candidates@fhrecruitment.ie. A senior member of the team will reply within two working days.
